Accessibility statement
Our aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, what we have done, known limitations, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Effective 7 October 2026.
We want Rowvio to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we have done
- Every page and the app can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons, fields and menus have accessible names for screen readers; status messages are announced.
- Text contrast is high (light text on a near-black background), and pages work when zoomed and on small screens.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Charts and colours always come with text (for example "✓ ready", "! check this").
Known limitations
- Drawing boxes on a PDF (the Value and Table tools) needs a mouse or touch screen. Automatic structuring, the Data view and all exports work without it.
- Scanned documents depend on OCR, which can misread text; unsure values are marked.
Tell us about a barrier
If something does not work for you, use the Support chat on our Whop store, whop.com/rowvio, and we will try to fix it or help you another way.
