Terms of service

Effective 7 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and TaskMind-AI (South Africa) for using Rowvio ("the service"). By using the service you accept them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.

1. Who can use Rowvio

You must be 18 or older. Rowvio is built for business and professional use. Access is through a Whop account; Whop's own terms also apply to your account and payments.

2. The beta

Rowvio is in beta. Features, limits (including the free daily allowance) and prices may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will try to give notice of material changes.

3. Credits and payments

• Tasks use credits as shown before you confirm a download. Previews are free.
• Credit packs are paid through Whop, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Free daily allowances do not carry over.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Refunds: unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you ask through Support. Credits already used are not refundable, except where the law in your country says otherwise.
• EU and UK consumers: you ask us to supply digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost for credits once you use them. Your 14-day right for unused credits is kept.

4. Your files and data

• You keep all rights to the files you open and the files Rowvio creates for you. Files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us.
• Only process files you are allowed to process, and comply with data protection law for any personal information in them (for example customer or employee data). You are responsible for that personal information; Rowvio does not receive it.
• Templates and Rowflows are stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them; export templates you want to keep.

5. Check before you import

Rowvio helps prepare data but cannot guarantee that every value is correct, especially from scanned documents, photos or unusual layouts. You must review the preview and the resulting file before importing it into accounting, CRM or other systems. Rowvio does not give accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. See the disclaimer.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: use Rowvio for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to; attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass credits or access controls; resell or provide the service to others as your own without our written permission; or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

7. Our property and other brands

Rowvio's software, design and brand belong to TaskMind-AI. QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp and other names are trademarks of their owners. Rowvio is independent and is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by them.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TaskMind-AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or errors in data imported into other systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, EU and UK consumer law, or the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Indemnity (business users)

If you use Rowvio for a business, you will cover reasonable costs we face from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the service or the files you process.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Rowvio at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if required by law. Sections 4, 5 and 7–12 continue after the end.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring claims there. Please contact Support first; most problems can be solved quickly.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and, for material changes, we will tell members through Whop. Questions: use the Support chat on our Whop store, whop.com/rowvio.
