Prepare a list for Mailchimp: valid unique emails, first and last name columns, tidy tags, so the import does not skip contacts.
The short answer
Mailchimp skips rows with invalid or duplicate email addresses and needs an Email Address column. Remove invalid and repeated emails, split names into First Name and Last Name, and keep tags in one column before importing.
