Questions
What does Rowvio do?
It takes a messy CSV, Excel or PDF file and reshapes it so it imports cleanly into a specific app. You pick the destination, check the preview, and download a file that app accepts.
Can it pull data out of many PDFs at once?
Yes. Open one PDF, click the values you need and draw a box around the line items. Save that as a template, then drop the rest of the PDFs from the same sender and download one Excel file.
Is my data safe?
Files are processed in your own browser and are never uploaded to our servers. We only keep a count of the credits you use.
Are you partnered with QuickBooks, Xero or HubSpot?
No. Rowvio is an independent product by TaskMind. We build to each app's published import format. Their names and logos are shown only to say which formats we prepare.
Does it work outside South Africa?
Yes. Rowvio reads US, UK, EU, Australian, Canadian and South African date and number formats, and asks when a file is ambiguous.
How do credits work?
